    MARLO charges a 25% Distribution Service Fee, which covers customer service, technical support, and distribution logistics. SHEHDS is the manufacturer and sells their products at a wholesale price, offering extremely limited support.

    Unfortunately, no. We exclusively support products that are directly purchased through MARLO. If you buy from any third-party platform, or SHEHDS directly, you must contact that seller for customer service, warranty claims, and troubleshooting.
  • Does MARLO offer lighting design consultation?
    Yes! Our experienced team provides professional lighting design consultations tailored to your needs. Consultation fees range from $300 to $600, depending on project complexity. This fee is fully refundable when you proceed with a purchase through MARLO for your project. Whether you’re planning a stage production, event venue, nightclub, or architectural lighting project, we can help optimize your setup.
  • How do I place an order with MARLO?

  • How can I contact MARLO's customer support?
    You can reach our support team via email, phone, or by filling out the "Contact Us" form found on our website's homepage. We typically respond within 1-2 business days.
  • Does MARLO charge any shipping fees?
    No, there are no shipping fees added to our orders.
  • How do I track my order?
    Once your order is processed and shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. If your order is being shipped from the SHEHDS China warehouse, you will not receive tracking information until the package clears customs.
  • Do I pay an import duty on my order?
    If you live in the United States, no. However, any sales outside the States will have a import duty attached to it. The carrier will contact you directly with information on how to pay this fee once the package is processed at customs.
  • How long does shipping take?
    U.S. warehouse stock: Orders typically arrive within 4 to 8 business days. Direct shipments from China: Delivery takes approximately 30 to 45 days, depending on customs processing and shipping conditions.
  • Where are your U.S. warehouses located?
    California, Texas, and New Jersey. These warehouses allow us to provide faster shipping and efficient order fulfillment for U.S. based customers.
  • What shipping carriers does MARLO use?
    U.S. Warehouses - FedEx and UPS China Warehouse - DHL completely or transferred to FedEx or UPS after the package(s) clear customs.
  • Can I pick up or purchase the lights myself from a local warehouse?
    At this time, we’re unable to accommodate local pickups or on-site purchases from our warehouse, due to liability and operational policies. All orders must be processed through MARLO to ensure safety, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Why was the item I ordered listed as "in stock" on the SHEHDS website, but is now backordered?
    The SHEHDS website does not always reflect real-time inventory levels. Because of high daily order volume, stock availability can change rapidly, and in some cases, items may not be available at the selected warehouse even if shown as "in stock" online. This may result in longer wait times, sometimes several weeks or even months, for restocking and delivery. We recommend confirming availability with our team before placing time-sensitive orders.
  • Why did the price change after I added an item to my cart or got a quote?
    The price listed on the SHEHDS website reflects ONLY pricing from the U.S. warehouse. If the item is out of stock in the U.S., it will be shipped from our China warehouse instead. In that case, the price will adjust to reflect the “China by Express/Air” cost, which may be higher due to international shipping and handling fees.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards. A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. ACH transfer is also available to clients after speaking to one of our representatives.
  • Does MARLO charge sales tax?
    No, we do not charge sales tax.
  • Do you offer financing or payment plans?
    We currently do not offer in-house financing, but are in the process of setting it up for the near future.
  • What is your warranty coverage?

  • What is your return and exchange policy?
    We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions: - A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. - The original shipping cost is non-refundable. - The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories included. Any damaged items, or items missing their UPC will not be accepted as a return. DO NOT send the returned or exchanged item to the original “shipped from” address. Please contact a MARLO representative before beginning the return or exchange process to ensure the product is shipped to the correct returns center. All return and exchange policies are non-transferable.
  • Can I set up a reseller, trade, or wholesale account with SHEHDS or MARLO?
    At this time, there are no opportunities to establish reseller, trade, or wholesale accounts with SHEHDS or MARLO. SHEHDS currently sells their products at wholesale, leaving no margin for reseller profit. However, one of our goals this year is to support SHEHDS in increasing the value of their products to make future reseller partnerships possible. We appreciate your interest and look forward to growing our distribution network in the near future!
  • Are SHEHDS products available in retail stores?
    SHEHDS products are currently only available through our online channels and authorized partners.
